Sinapse, a Brazilian fintech, acquired UpTick, a consulting and accounting firm, to offer comprehensive financial services to SMEs in Brazil. The acquisition will increase Sinapse’s monthly recurring revenue by 30% and add 55 clients to its portfolio, focusing on SMEs generating annual revenues of $50M.
Sinapse collaborates with existing ERP systems and has a partner ecosystem with 100+ solutions, which range from legal consultancy to payment and foreign exchange services.
Sinapse is also exploring the implementation of AI and LLM to automate operational processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data capture.
