Argentinian logistics company ClicOH acquired the Chilean last-mile delivery company Rayo for an undisclosed amount. With the funds, the company will expand its eCommerce logistics operations.
Rayo founders Martín Arancibia and Juan Andrés Cabrera will assume new leadership roles at ClicOH.
Backed by Y Combinator in 2021, ClicOH operates in Argentina, Mexico, Chile, and Uruguay, providing Amazon-like logistics capabilities to e-commerce companies across Latin America. Its proprietary technology enables sellers to track shipments in real-time through a dashboard featuring key indicators and traceability.
Before acquiring Rayo, ClicOH purchased Logysto, a Colombian startup specializing in logistics solutions for large companies.
