Platzi and DeVry University partner to offer U.S. degrees

Colombian edtech Platzi partnered with DeVry University to offer U.S. degrees at discounted rates. 

The partnership grants Latin Americans access to accredited US university education without the need to relocate or face high costs to study abroad.

“With this partnership, we are offering five million Platzi students the opportunity to earn a US university degree at a discounted rate of 50%. This discount can increase up to 75% if students pass Platzi’s exams,” said Freddy Vega, CEO of Platzi.

Platzi students can now access US-accredited online programs in Software Development and Cybersecurity.

Founded in 2014, Platzi is a professional education platform that offers a wide range of online courses in fields related to technology, business, and design.
