Chilean-American sports rights and streaming startup FZ Sports partnered with media distribution startup CosmoBlue Media to develop a streaming platform that will act as a marketplace for various streaming services and expand the commercialization of sports rights globally.
“By combining our strengths in OTT (content distribution over the internet) and sports media distribution, we are creating a powerful ecosystem that will bring exceptional sports content to global audiences across multiple platforms,” said Loni Farhi, Co-Founder of CosmoBlue.
Founded in 2021 by Matias Larrain Rivera and David Belmar, FZ Sports is a media and sports tech startup with two main divisions: Fanatiz, a sports streaming platform focused on the Hispanic audience; and 1190 Sports, which commercializes sports rights. CosmoBlue provides media services, including distribution and content production.
