Brazilian proptech iBUILD raised $550K in a funding round led by agribusiness investor Gustavo Rizzo, at a $3.4M valuation.

iBUILD uses a steel frame construction system to replace traditional masonry, offering faster, more durable, and sustainable building solutions for residential and commercial projects.

iBUILD will use the funds to expand its team, develop construction management software, and improve its commercial and operational processes.

Founded in 2018, iBUILD plans to expand its franchise network to 60 units by 2025 and 200 by 2027.
