Colombian fintech Bold acquired Tuily for an undisclosed amount. The transaction follows Bold’s  $50M Series C in February 2024 and aligns with its strategy to expand its SME offerings beyond POS terminals.

Tuily provides SMEs with credit cards and expense management tools designed to streamline financial operations and help businesses gain access to capital.

Tuily will integrate into Bold’s financial ecosystem, which already offers card payment acceptance, long-distance payments, and deposit accounts.

“The integration of Tuily will enable us to keep innovating and improving the financial experience for our customers, and will enhance our ecosystem and offer SMEs an even more powerful suite of financial tools to support their growth,” said José Vélez, CEO of Bold.

Founded in 2021, Tuily serves over 250 clients and is a principal member of Mastercard.
