Colombian fintech Supra raised an undisclosed amount from Citi.
Supra enables SMEs to send, receive, and convert cross-border payments across more than 40 countries, offering treasury services including multi-currency transactions, currency conversion, and fast cash flow settlement.
Supra will use the funds to enhance its platform, reduce settlement times, and offer more competitive exchange rates.
“The investments we got are directed toward the 3Ps: processes, products, and people. Without the right talent to build the right products under efficient processes, you won’t get anywhere. That’s why every Peso matters,” said Supra’s co-founder and CEO Emilio Pardo Caicedo.
Founded in 2023 by former Bitso Country Manager Emilio Pardo Caicedo and Sebastián Zorro, Supra has a client base of over 1500 companies and aims to process $1B in payments by 2025.
