Woba raises $13.5M to grow flexible office network

Woba, a Brazil-based flexible office network in Latin America, raised $13.5M in a round led by Bewater. Kaszek, Valor Capital, and others also participated in the round. 

Founded in 2017 by Roberta and Pedro Vasconcellos, Woba offers companies a membership that provides access to over 2,000 spaces across over 370 cities. It offers flexible contracts and centralized management as an alternative to traditional office leases.

Woba will use the funding to invest in commercial growth, expand its partner network, and improve technology adoption to support scaling. The new funds will support growth and partnerships across Latin America.

Woba’s clients include XP, Itaú, Cielo, C6 Bank, iFood, Stone, Stellantis, Mapfre, Prudential, and Mercado Livre
