Neurogram, a Brazilian AI research company focused on neurological health, raised $3M in a seed round led by Headline, the venture capital firm of Romero Rodrigues, who will join Neurogram’s board as an advisor. This round follows a $1.4M pre-seed round.

Founded by neuroscientist Daniele de Mari and neurophysiologist Heitor Ettori, Neurogram is a digital platform that makes EEG (electroencephalogram) reporting faster and easier. It automates data collection, exam uploads, reporting, and delivery in one secure and LGPD (General Data Protection Law) compliant place. Doctors can work from anywhere and send reports instantly with just one click.

“Over the past two years, we’ve built a robust product validated by physicians, with direct impact on care delivery, research, and clinical efficiency. Now, with Headline, we have the ideal partner to scale our impact while maintaining technical depth and safety standards,” said Daniele de Mari, Neurogram’s CEO and co-founder.

Neurogram will use the capital to expand its EEG data platform, grow its technology and research teams, and strengthen its position in the neurological diagnostics market.

Neurogram processed more than 10,000 exams in the first quarter of the year and aims to reach 100,000 by year-end. Its clients include the Instituto Estadual do Cérebro Paulo Niemeyer, Brazil’s largest brain research center.
