Draiven raises $600K and acquires Rabt Automation

Brazilian AI startup Draiven raised $600K in a round led by Asterismus Capital and acquired Rabt Automation, a low-code software and automation company.

Founded in Brazil, Draiven develops AI tools that turn corporate data into operational insights for real-time decision making. Its platform combines data analysis with automation tools to help companies improve efficiency.

Draiven will use the capital to expand commercial operations, strengthen its presence among fintech and payments companies, and support growth in the US and Europe.

The acquisition broadens Draiven’s platform from analytics into operational execution. Rabt’s technology allows companies to build automated workflows with minimal coding, especially for sales and marketing teams.

As part of the acquisition, Rabt founder Fábio Bussacarini joined Draiven as Director of AI Projects.
