Brazilian traveltech PassHub raised $1.4M in a round led by Parceiro Ventures.

PassHub launched in December 2025 as the B2B arm of Passabot, a platform that helps consumers find airline tickets through WhatsApp. The company created PassHub to simplify the fragmented systems travel agencies use to search for and book travel products.

With the funds PassHub will develop its platform, add travel suppliers, and expand its AI capabilities.

More than 2,000 agencies have registered on PassHub, which has processed over $5.5M in transactions. PassHub surpassed Passabot in revenue and sales around March 2026, prompting the company to shift most of its team to the B2B business.
