Agro-business fintechs, A de Agro and Bart Digital, merged to create Sette.
The decision comes after observing the synergy between the teams during their years of business partnership and aligning their long-term goals.
“We noticed our teams were working very well on joint projects and that each company’s strengths were recognized and admired by the other,” says Rafael Coelho, CEO of A de Agro and co-founder of Sette.
A de Agro offers an AI algorithm for field territory monitoring and enriches the producer information for lenders. Bart facilitates the issuing of agricultural bonds and guarantees, electronic and digital signatures, and registration in central registries and notary offices.
Sette launches with over 400 clients across 1,200 Brazilian cities, managing over $5.4B in agricultural securities and guarantees.
