Peruvian Venture Capital firm ADN.vc confirmed an initial $2M for its Fund I, and continues to secure investors to reach $4M by April 2026.
ADN.vc focuses on pre-seed Fintech and Proptech startups across Latin America. The firm currently has 8 portfolio companies, including Kira, a Mexican cross-border payments platform; Lebané, an Argentine real estate company; and Finnecto, a Chilean fintech.
Alberto Arrieta, Diego Alfageme, and Nicolás Di Pace founded ADN.vc in 2022, aiming to position itself at the intersection of real estate technology and financial services. The trio has extensive experience in the legal, venture capital, fintech, and real estate sectors and will use their knowledge to provide hands-on support to portfolio companies.
ADN.vc invests between $50K to $150K and plansto make around 10 investments per year. Portfolio companies have reported an average revenue increase of 65% following investment and support.
In 2025, ADN.vc received the “Best VC Revelation” award at the PropTech Latam Awards.
