Asaas acquires Helena CRM for $29M

Asaas, a Brazilian financial and operations platform for small and medium-sized businesses, acquired conversational CRM provider Helena CRM for $29M. The deal is Asaas’ largest acquisition to date and its second transaction in 2026.

Asaas offers financial management, payments, and collections tools for SMEs. Helena CRM provides a WhatsApp-based CRM platform that combines customer support, sales automation, chatbots, pipeline management, and integrations with Instagram and Facebook. The company also operates through a network of more than 500 partners and is a Meta Certified Business Solution Provider.

The acquisition strengthens Asaas’ customer acquisition and demand generation capabilities, allowing SMEs to manage sales and financial operations through a single platform. Helena will continue operating independently through 2028, with full integration planned for 2029.

Asaas reported a 234% increase in net profit in 2025 and has completed five acquisitions. Helena CRM works with more than 500 partners, 35% of whom already use Asaas.
