Conversational platform Blip raised a $60M Series C round led by Warburg Pincus, with participation from existing investors Accel, SoftBank, and Microsoft. This funding follows Blip’s $70M Series B in June 2022, bringing its total funding to date to $230M.
Blip leverages artificial intelligence to help businesses automate conversational experiences across multiple communication channels, enabling companies to engage customers with personalized, real-time interactions.
Blip will use the funds to expand its market presence, invest in AI-driven innovation, and strengthen its position in the conversational commerce sector across Latin America.
“There’s no doubt that the interface for digital experiences was shifting towards conversational formats. We’ve shown brands that social and conversational networks are much more than just communication channels; they are operational systems capable of engaging, selling, and delivering customer support with remarkable results,” said Roberto Oliveira, CEO of Blip.
Founded in 2016, Blip has powered over 3B conversations to date, and its client base of over 3,000 businesses includes companies like Itaú, Coca-Cola, and Mercado Libre.
