Colombian fintech Bold acquired VendeMás, the payment facilitator owned by Niubiz, marking its entry into Peru.
Bold provides digital payment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Its card payment system enables merchants to accept national and international credit and debit cards, including contactless and chip transactions.
For Bold, the move is a step in its international expansion and an opportunity to replicate its financial inclusion model beyond Colombia. For Niubiz, the sale consolidates its services under a single brand and strengthens its focus on delivering secure and efficient payment systems.
