Bondy secures $740K for its HR platform

Bondy, an HR automation platform, announced a $740K investment led by Smart Money Ventures, with participation from Investidores.vc and Incubate Fund. The funds will be used to accelerate their sales engine and invest in their platform.

Bondy became a standalone entity in February of this year after starting as a branch of Matchbox. Matchbox, founded by Kleber Piedade in 2017, focuses on improving the recruitment process for interns and trainees.

Bondy’s target clients are companies with over 200 employees. Today, they have 60 clients, including Minerva FoodsAmbevAlpargatas, Espaço Laser, and Mercado Livre

This HR platform consolidates company systems like CRM and performance evaluations, simplifying the user experience by eliminating multiple logins.
