LatAm List – CoreBiz, a Brazilian digital marketing and E-commerce consulting company, made a major stride in expanding its operations by acquiring IDS-Soluciones E-commerce.
IDS-Soluciones E-commerce, based in Argentina, specializes in implementing e-commerce platforms. This merger will result in an expansion of CoreBiz’s existing presence in Argentina.
“We have a very aggressive growth plan, and acquisitions of companies with regional talents is our main strategy to qualify and grow our team,” said Felipe Macedo, CoreBiz’s founder and co-CEO LATAM.
