Chilean Datamart raised $6.3M in a seed round led by Moonvalley Capital, Banco Santander, Grupo Falabella and BICE.
Datamart will use the funds to enhance its platform, expand its business to Mexico, and scale its operations in Peru, Colombia, and Chile.
“We see a great opportunity in Mexico due to the strong barrier for accessing business credit, specially the ones related with the management process of these financial products,” said Mauricio Thibaut, CEO and cofounder of Datamart.
Datamart offers a platform that streamlines the processes of evaluation and obtaining credits, based on facilitating information exchange between banks and businesses.
The company has over 2000 B2B clients and expects to reach an annual recurring revenue of over $7M by the end of 2023.
