Creditú, a Chilean fintech that provides mortgage and down payment loans financed through development and multilateral banks, raised a $6M round led by Alive Ventures and L4 Venture Builder.

Creditú offers loans for subsidized homes valued up to UF 2,500 and for private housing up to UF 5,000. In September 2025, Creditú launched a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for real estate developers in Chile to automate loan evaluations. It has also developed AI-driven tools for fraud detection, document verification, and customer support.

Creditú will use the funds to grow in Peru and Brazil, where it already operates an office with 15 employees.

Founded in 2017 by Diego Fleischmann and Ignacio Álamos, Creditú plans to create a $20M fund with multilateral banks to finance solar panel installations in partnership with Ruuf, a Chilean energy startup. Creditú expects to grow 70% in sales in 2025.
