Brazilian climate tech Circular Brain raised $3.5M from Lorene Urban Mining, a metals recycling company operating in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Japan, and Israel. The deal includes a minority equity stake and an operational partnership to expand across Latin America.

Circular Brain connects collection centers, transporters, dismantlers, and recyclers to help electronics manufacturers meet Brazil’s waste compliance laws using traceable, certified credits.

Circular Brain will use the funds to expand triage and logistics operations and integrate Lorene’s network of 20 dismantlers and 200 vehicles.

Founded in 2019, Circular Brain previously raised $500K from Barn Investimentos and BR Angels, who exited with a 600% return in this round.
