Brazilian legaltech Company Hero acquired Brazilian insurance brokers Duca Saúde and Segure.me.
Company Hero simplifies the process of starting a business by offering a fully digital experience. Its services include all legal matters related to registering a company, a subscription service that allows companies to use their corporate address, issuance of invoices, accounting support, and renting of meeting rooms.
With the acquisition, Company Hero will begin to offer insurance and health plans to its customers, which are usually micro and small entrepreneurs.
Founded in 2016, Company Hero serves over 32K customers and reported $6M in revenue in 2024.
