Daki, the Brazilian arm of Jokr, raised $50M in a Series D round led by Convivialité Ventures, the investment company of Pernod Ricard, with the participation of Lombard Odier, G-Squared, GGV, Balderton Capital, Greycroft, Tiger Global, and Monashees.
Daki will use the funds to expand and accelerate its growth in Brazil, focusing on profitability.
“Today marks an important step towards our mission of reinventing retail as we know it and building a market leader in Brazil,” said Rafael Vasto, Co-Founder and CEO of Daki.
Daki provides fast grocery delivery services, operating with a range of dark stores. Customers can easily access the Daki app, select their desired products, make secure payments, and receive groceries within minutes.
Daki raised an identical sum in its Series C funding round in February 2023.
