Darwin AI, a Brazilian startup that builds AI agents for sales, customer support, and post-sales, raised $4.5M in a seed round led by Base10 Partners.
Founded in 2023 by Lautaro Schiaffino and Ezequiel Sculli, Darwin AI’s agents work alongside company teams to resolve inquiries, provide personalized support, and improve efficiency. The platform integrates with WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
Darwin AI reports over $2M in annual gross revenue and operations in 20 countries. Darwin AI serves mid-sized businesses, with a focus on Brazil and Mexico, and aims to grow revenue by 10x in 2026.
