DILA Capital Acquisition Corp. announces closing of $55M IPO

LatamListDILA Capital Acquisition Corp., announced the closing of its Initial Public Offering at $55M. DILA priced the offering at $10.00 per unit with 5,500,000 units up for sale.

DILA Capital Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company with the purpose of entering into a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or other similar business combinations with one or more businesses. The company will focus on tech companies in Latin America, and also those in the US serving the Hispanic community. 

EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. acted as the sole book-running manager of the offering and I-Bankers Securities, Inc. served as co-manager. The underwriters also have a 45 day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments, if any.
