Chilean proptech EdiPro acquired Lottawork, a marketplace connecting users with repair technicians, to expand into home services.
EdiPro offers a SaaS solution for condominium management that enables digital payment of common expenses, internal communications, visitor registration and reception, and booking of common areas. EdiPro’s platform also enhances condominium security by providing surveillance camera access, delivery monitoring, and task assignments for staff.
“Many users requested a section for home services within the app. Through this acquisition, we integrated Lottawork and launched EdiPro services. Now, residents have access to essential home services that often require urgent attention, all within a single app” said José Miguel Oyarzo, EdiPro’s CEO and Cofounder.
Founded in 2015 by José Miguel Oyarzo and Francisco Fullenkamp, EdiPro strengthens its new service offerings through partnerships with startups like Examedi, which provides at-home lab and preventive tests, Carvuk, offering at-home car services, and Cuidapet, enabling residents to schedule at-home veterinary visits, services already available to EdiPro’s residents.
