Brazilian fintech Estratz raised a $355K pre-seed round from angel investors, including Vista Capital’s co-founders João Landau, João Eduardo Lopes, and Luiz Guilherme Gama. Vista Capital will become Estratz’s first client after the launch.
Estratz offers hedge funds a one-stop shop for management and operations through a platform that automates back office tasks, generates reports, monitors P&L in real time, and manages shareholders’ data.
“Estratz is already the most robust system in the Brazilian market for pricing and managing offshore assets, including operational challenges such as corporate action tracking (splits, dividend distributions, etc.), cash and margin calculations, series and class management, and much more. Moreover, even if our system isn’t capable of pricing ultra-exotic assets traded by just 0.001% of the market, we integrate intuitively with solutions that do,” said Estratz’s co-founder and COO Marcelo Martins.
