FlowCredi, a Brazilian marketplace for property-backed credit, raised $650K in a pre-seed round led by Verve Capital and Norte Ventures. Angel investors Patrick Sigrist, Rafael Duton, Leandro Abreu, and Gabriel Lacombe also participated.
FlowCredi operates a marketplace that connects borrowers and lenders, offering credit products secured by real estate. FlowCredi serves both B2B and B2C customers, focusing on home equity loans that use fully paid properties as collateral.
FlowCredi will use the funds to expand distribution channels and form partnerships, with a focus on education and healthcare companies. Through these partnerships, the startup plans to offer white-label home equity products to partner customers.
Founded in 2024 by Caio Alfano and Deivid Bastos, FlowCredi employs 31 people. The company plans to hire additional staff to support the new distribution channels.
