Brazilian fintech Franq raised a $12.4M Series B round led by Valor Capital, Quona Capital, and Globo Ventures.
Franq helps financial professionals work independently through a platform that connects more than 150 financial products from over 50 partner banks and fintechs, including Itaú, Santander, Bradesco, Inter, and C6 Bank.
With the funds, Franq will expand its insurance, investment, and business offerings and increase the use of artificial intelligence across its operations. Franq plans to automate processes such as document analysis and proposal management so its network of Personal Bankers can focus on client relationships and financial advisory services. The company also plans to open in-person training hubs for financial professionals.
Franq ended 2025 with approximately $423M in originated transactions and expects to reach nearly $705M in 2026. The company said it has maintained annual growth of about 80% and reached operational break-even. Franq employs about 200 people.
