Handle, a San Francisco-based AI platform for enterprise operations, raised $6M in a seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z).

Handle builds vertical AI agents that connect fragmented business tools, including email, WhatsApp, CRMs, ERPs, and supplier portals, into a single operational layer. Its engine, Signal, gives executives real-time visibility across communication channels and systems of record. The platform also deploys autonomous AI agents that execute workflows such as quoting, claims registration, and data reconciliation without human intervention.

Handle will use the capital to launch in Mexico as part of its North American expansion.

Founded by Alfonso de los Ríos, co-founder and CEO of Nowports, Handle already works with more than 75 active brokers in Mexico and serves corporate clients, including Inter.mx, Genomma Lab, De Acero, and Qualitas. Brokers using the platform report a 94% reduction in claims registration time, 40% faster email response times, and an average of eight hours saved per executive each week.
