Chilean fintech Haulmer acquired Apanio, an e-commerce platform for micro and small businesses, to expand its product ecosystem. This is Haulmer’s second acquisition, following its 2025 purchase of Digital Payments Prepago S.A., operator of Falabella’s digital wallet Fpay.
Founded in 2017, Haulmer provides payment terminals under the Tuu brand and software tools for small businesses.
With the acquisition, Apanio will operate as a free service while maintaining its brand and team. Over time, Haulmer plans to develop it into a marketplace for small business products.
The deal also supports Haulmer’s expansion into financial services through its new unit, AndCo, which will offer digital accounts, instant settlement, and financial management tools.
