Brazilian legaltech Bits raised $330K in a round led by Quintal and Levain Ventures. Anjos do Brasil, Harvard Angels, and Insper Angels also participated in the round. The deal also involves media exposure through Quintal’s partnership with Grupo Ric‘s radio and TV channels.

Bits will use the funds to enhance the platform with generative AI.

“Bits was founded to help companies undergo digital transformation. However, the need to transform documents into something easier to understand proved to be such a pressing issue that we decided to focus solely on this product,” said Erik Nybo, Bit’s Co-Founder and CEO.

Founded in 2020, Bits serves clients like Raízen, Braskem, and B3, and has reduced some clients’ sales cycles by 66%.
