Moonflow partnered with Puntored to expand AI-powered collections in Mexico. This partnership follows Moonflow’s recent acquisition of Kobro.
Moonflow provides an AI-based collections platform that automates payment reminders across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone calls. Its AI agents negotiate and collect payments autonomously, with human agents stepping in when needed. Moonflow operates in 27 countries and is expanding across Latin America.
Puntored runs a payment platform focused on financial inclusion, connecting millions of users to physical and digital payment points nationwide.
The partnership integrates Moonflow’s software with Puntored’s payment network, enabling financial institutions, schools, and service providers to manage collections while offering customers multiple payment options. Payments made through Puntored reconcile in real time within Moonflow’s system.
