Morada.ai raises $3.2M to expand generative AI platform for real estate

Morada.ai, a Brazilian generative AI platform for the real estate market, raised $3.2M in a round led by Parceiro Ventures.

Morada.ai operates an AI-driven platform that supports the full real estate sales process, from lead qualification to post-sales engagement.

Morada.ai will use the funds to strengthen its technology and accelerate commercial expansion. By combining generative AI, automation, and financial APIs, Morada.ai aims to reduce friction in mortgage approvals, where manual reviews and complex documentation still cause many applications to fail.

Founded in 2021, Morada.ai serves nearly 200 real estate developers across 17 Brazilian states. Its clients include Direcional, Patrimar/Novolar, Emccamp, Plano & Plano, Canopus, and VIC.
