Argentine customer experience platform Numia raised a $3.5M seed round led by Cometa, with participation from Boost Capital Partners, MatterScale Ventures, Kuiper VC, Amador, and Simetrik’s Santiago Gómez and Alejandro Casas.
Numia’s AI platform personalizes and automates customer interactions, helping businesses enhance efficiency and increase sales across physical and digital channels.
Numia will use the funds to expand its presence in key markets like Mexico and Colombia and invest in its AI technology.
“This is our first funding round; we have always operated with our own resources and been profitable. We turn companies’ customer service models into a dynamic system that adapts to each customer’s needs, creating more sales opportunities,” said Gustavo Lauria, co-founder and CEO of Numia.
Founded in 2013, Numia serves industries such as banking, retail, and insurance, with clients including Itaú, Scotiabank, Santander, and Allianz.
