Nuvemshop, a Brazilian unicorn that provides a platform for easy creation of ecommerce stores, acquired Perfit, an Argentinian startup focused on marketing automation, for an undisclosed amount.
Perfit has been a partner of Nuvemshop for five years.
“This acquisition helps us speed up our product development, but if we hadn’t had a previous relationship, we probably wouldn’t have considered the deal,” said Alejandro Vázquez, Co-Founder and President of Nuvemshop.
Founded in 2008 Perfit’s AI-powered platform manages customer data and automates email marketing, serving 3,500 clients across Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico with a team of 51 employees.
