Pipeimob secures $2.8M seed round led by Headline

Brazilian proptech Pipeimob raised a $2.8M seed round led by Headline. In July 2024, Pipeimob raised a $455K pre-seed round led by DOMO.VC.

Pipeimob is a platform that digitizes the entire real estate purchase transaction, from proposal to payment, integrating document automation, digital accounts, collections, and commission advances.

Pipeimob will use the funds to enter the rental and property management market and grow its fintech vertical.

“The move into the rental market came directly from customer demand. More than 95% of this market is still fragmented. With Headline’s support, we are ready to scale this offering,” said Roberto Nascimento, Pipeimob’s co-founder and CEO.

Founded in 2022, Pipeimob processed $3B in gross sales value in 2024.
