Brazilian proptech Quill raised $430K in a round led by Sororitê.

Quill’s AI-powered platform reviews real estate transaction documents in seconds, pulling out key insights and flagging missing information.

“We were born to optimize real estate processes, which are in most cases bureaucratic and inefficient, especially when it comes to document analysis for offering credit secured by real estate or granting financing,” said Quill’s Co-founder and CEO Clarissa Vieira.

Quill will use the funds to grow its team and enhance its product.
