Brazilian healthtech Revena raised a $7.6M seed round led by Canary. Flourish Ventures and Caravela Capital also participated in the round.
Revena builds an AI platform that connects to hospital management systems and automates medical billing by reading clinical data, interpreting payer contracts, and generating medical claims.
Ravena will use the funds to strengthen the product team and to enhance the platform to cover the full revenue cycle.
“Revena is building the AI-native financial infrastructure that the healthcare sector needs. The platform shows how intelligent automation can recover meaningful revenue while simplifying workflows,” said Flourish Investor Diana Narváez.
Founded in 2024 by Eduqo’s founder Mateus Noronha, and by a member of Buser’s founding team, Diogo Freitas, Ravena serves over 60 hospitals in Brazil.
