Brazilian mobility startup Rhino raised $1M in a round led by AngelsDeck Global Ventures and Clapper Venture. Rhino also announced a new partnership with BTG Pactual Terminal, a private terminal at Guarulhos Airport. Under the agreement, Rhino will provide transportation for passengers to the terminal. The new funding follows a $3.2M seed round closed in November 2024
Rhino provides secure rides for individuals using hybrid and electric armored vehicles, offering an alternative for users who prioritize safety. Rhino employs and trains its drivers and rents most of its cars.
Rhino will use the funds to improve its app and enhance the user experience.
“We’re continuously working to add new features to the app and to expand our fleet, density, and coverage area. Our goal is to offer an increasingly consistent and comprehensive experience. We know there are still many technological features to be launched, so we can deliver much more to our customers,” said Rhino’s co-founder and CEO, Daniil Sergunin.
Founded in 2023, Rhino operates in over 30 districts in the Greater São Paulo area.
