Colombian payment infrastructure fintech Simetrik raised $30M in a Series B extension round led by Goldman Sachs Alternative Growth Equity, with participation of Cometa, FinTech Collective, Moore Capital Management, Monashees, and Upload Ventures. In 2024, Simetrik raised a $55M Series B round.
Simetrik’s financial automation tool leverages no-code development and generative AI to simplify record centralization, reconciliation, controlling, and accounting.
Simtetrik will use the funds to expand internationally, especially in Brazil and the US, hire new people, and enhance its platform.
“We’ve made significant progress in Brazil, and we’re confident it will become our main market in Latin America in the near future,” said Simetrik’s co-founder and CEO Alejandro Casas.
Founded in 2019, Simetrik operates in over 40 countries and serves clients such as Nubank, PagBank, Ebanx, Loggi, and Dock.
