Skyone, a Brazilian cloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity company, acquired São Paulo-based private cloud provider ADD IT. The companies did not disclose the transaction value.
Founded in 2001, ADD IT provides private cloud infrastructure and manages critical environments, including ERP systems and databases, for small and medium-sized businesses. ADD IT operates Tier III data centers in Brazil.
The acquisition marks Skyone’s first major deal since Advent led its Series C round in late 2025. It expands Skyone’s cloud infrastructure capabilities and strengthens its position in the SME digital modernization market. Skyone also expects to create new cross-selling opportunities across its cloud, data, cybersecurity, and AI offerings.
Skyone serves more than 25,000 customers, operates in over 35 countries, and generated approximately $77M in revenue in 2025. Skyone projects 50% revenue growth in 2026, driven by organic expansion and the integration of ADD IT.
