Teker, a Colombian healthtech startup, raised $1M in a Pre-seed round.
“The digital health market in Colombia is emerging but limited. We aim to address the needs of patients with technology and enhance healthcare processes, such as finding healthcare professionals and evaluating treatments,” said Jacobo Estrada, Teker’s CEO.
Teker is a platform where individuals can find and book online appointments with dermatology, psychiatry, gynecology, urology, internal medicine, hepatobiliary surgery, and nutrition specialists.
Founded by Jacobo Estrada and Pascual Estrada, Teker manages over 60 appointments daily in 15 cities across Colombia and plans to offer home healthcare services by the end of this year.
