California-based software company Telos Labs acquired fintech Flourish FI for an undisclosed amount. As part of the transaction, Flourish FI founder Pedro Moura joins Telos Labs as an Operating Partner to support strategy and execution.
Telos Labs develops digital products focused on social-impact technology. Flourish FI built a B2B SaaS platform that helps financial institutions increase customer engagement, encourage healthier financial behaviors, and improve retention through incentives, missions, and personalized insights. Flourish FI has worked with companies such as PicPay, BancoSol, and Banco Carrefour, as well as initiatives supported by Mastercard Inclusive Growth.
Through the acquisition, Telos Labs adds Flourish FI’s behavioral loyalty platform, proprietary data models, and experience in financial well-being. Telos Labs plans to scale the technology using its engineering, AI, and go-to-market capabilities.
Flourish FI has raised a total of $3.8M since its founding in 2018.
