Truora and AWS partner to redefine user interaction


Colombian user engagement solution Truora partnered with AWS to distribute its products in the AWS Marketplace. 

The partnership combines resources to serve a wider range of businesses across industries and geographies.

Truora helps companies get more engagement from their users through its all-in-one communication platform that verifies user identities, requests and processes digital signatures and automates customer support interactions. 

“By integrating with AWS, we are simplifying access to our solutions in the Marketplace, reducing acquisition time, and enhancing credibility, especially for financial institutions,” said Maite Muniz, Co-Founder & CPO at Truora.

Founded in 2018, Truora has announced multiple partnerships since its $15M Series A in April 2022, the latest being Meta.
