Ualá, the Argentine fintech with banking licenses in Mexico and Colombia for unlimited card deposits, credit cards, and remittances, partnered with Soriana stores in Mexico.
This partnership makes it easy for customers to deposit cash at over 1,000 Soriana stores, improving access to banking services. These cash deposits are free and processed instantly, which is crucial in a country where cash payments are still prevalent, with 82% of Mexicans still using cash for their financial transactions.
Ualá has also introduced a 5% cashback program for credit and debit card purchases and service payments. Customers will receive their refunds directly into their Ualá account within ten business days.
