Vambe, a Chilean AI-powered conversational commerce platform for B2C businesses, raised $14M in a Series A round led by Monashees. Cathay Latam, Atlantico, Tekton Ventures, and existing investors, including Chile Ventures, SkyDeck Berkeley, Nazca, and M13, also participated in the round. Vambe added SimĂłn Borrero to its Board of Directors.
Vambeâs no-code platform automates the full commercial cycle, from the first customer interaction to sales, retention, and support. The platform connects autonomous AI agents with enterprise systems and enables real-time collaboration between humans and technology.
With the funds, Vambe will scale operations in Chile and Mexico, triple its customer-facing teams, grow in Colombia, and launch operations in Brazil in early 2026. Vambe will also develop an agent-to-agent advertising recommendation engine designed to allow collaboration between agents from different companies and create what it describes as the first network effect in conversational commerce.
Vambe has grown an average of 17 percent per month since early 2025. During this period, the team expanded from 22 to 80 people, and the platform began processing millions of conversations across sectors such as retail, automotive, and financial services.
âWe are at a turning point in an industrial revolution where companies know they need this technology but do not know how to implement it reliably,â said NicolĂĄs Camhi, CEO and Co-founder of Vambe. âWe solved this by building not just a platform but a complete solution backed by more than 1,700 implementations.â
