Brazilian mobility startup Vammo raised a $45 million Series B round led by The Ecosystem Integrity Fund. Qualcomm Ventures, 2150, Monashees, Construct Capital, Maniv Mobility, Endeavor Catalyst, and former Tesla employees also participated in the round.

Vammo offers electric motorcycles through subscription plans that include maintenance, insurance, and battery swap access, enabling delivery riders and urban users to replace batteries at Vammo’s swap stations.

Vammo will use the funds to expand its capacity, strengthen its presence in São Paulo, and enter new markets in Brazil and Latin America.

“What makes this work is a combination of hardware, battery technology, and software that connects everything, optimizing charging cycles and extending battery life,” said Vammo’s co-founder and CEO Jack Sarvary.

Founded in 2022, Vammo operates a manufacturing plant in Manaus and runs over 150 swap stations in São Paulo, serving over 5K vehicles.
