Norwegian software company Visma acquired Argentinian HRTech Lara AI for an undisclosed amount.
Lara AI offers an AI-driven platform that automates HR tasks, provides real-time people analytics, and integrates with communication tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and WhatsApp.
