Visma acquired Rindegastos to strengthen its presence in Latin America and enhance its product offerings. The deal forms part of Visma’s $150M investment plan in various companies.
Rindegastos offers a mobile-first solution that helps organizations digitize, automate, and control expense management. Its platform uses generative AI for automatic receipt capture, integrates with ERPs and CRMs, and complies with tax regulations in multiple countries.
Rindegastos will continue operating under its current brand with its leadership team, and this operation accelerates new development, expands regional coverage, and strengthens local support services.
